Together
Created in collaboration with Bardo Industries for 10×10.
This poster explores togetherness as something that emerges through accumulation and presence. Given only the word “together” as a brief, rather than writing it directly, the word is revealed through the collective shape of many small characters coexisting within the space.
What might have been empty becomes meaningful; negative space becomes positive. Each figure contributes to making the word legible, emphasizing the idea that unity is shaped by individuals in relation to one another.
The effort to find and read the word also asks us to look more closely, playing with where one character ends and another begins, and ultimately with the ways in which we coexist.
